Purchase rules

1. General provisions These rules define the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller when purchasing Vanille Lounge services. Services may be purchased by legally capable adults and by legal entities or their representatives.

2. Personal data Accurate contact details are required to fulfil an order and communicate information related to the service.

3. Payments Payments are accepted in euros through supported Lithuanian online banks and processed by MakeCommerce.lt, operated by Maksekeskus AS.

4. Services and refunds A service begins once full payment has been received. If the Seller cannot provide it for reasons within its responsibility, payment may be refunded or the service moved to another date.

5. Disputes Disputes are first resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
